  • Anfisa has been our data analyst for the past three years, and it’s difficult to overstate how essential she is to our studio’s success. She manages weekly attendance reports across all of our services, monitors trends for each of our full-time instructors, and creates detailed graphs that allow us to visualize performance over the course of each month, quarter, and year.

    She also tracks sales per shift and membership sales for our Client Experience Team, building clear, organized dashboards that give our leadership team quick insight into performance.
